Privacy Policy

Last updated: [date]

Before this goes live: this is starting-point wording, not legal advice. I'm not a lawyer, and this hasn't been reviewed by one. If any customers are in the UK or EU, this needs a proper review against UK/EU GDPR before real customer data relies on it. Things like your specific lawful basis for processing, data retention periods, and a named contact for data requests all need filling in accurately for your actual setup, not left as placeholders.

1. What we collect

When you use DITLOG, we collect:

  • Account details: name and email address
  • Content you create: projects, media records, device lists, and related notes you enter
  • Billing information: handled entirely by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details directly
  • Basic technical data: standard web server logs (e.g. via Vercel) for keeping the Service running and secure

2. How we use it

To provide and maintain the Service, process payments, respond to support requests, and communicate essential account or billing information. We don't sell your data.

3. Where it's stored

Your account and content data is stored with Supabase (database hosting) and served via Vercel (application hosting). Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Each of these providers has its own privacy and security practices as sub-processors of your data.

4. Data isolation

Your projects, media, and account details are only accessible by you. Other DITLOG accounts cannot see your data.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account data at any time, most of it directly from within the app. To request full account deletion, or if you have questions about your data, contact us.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
