1. What DITLog is

DITLog ("we", "us", "the Service") is a web application for tracking media, projects, and equipment on film and video productions, operated by Audio Creative Design Ltd trading as DITLog ("the Company").

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms or engage in activity that threatens the security or operation of the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. New accounts start with a free trial; after it ends, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription. You can cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't automatically issue refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

4. Intellectual property and your data

Your data: You own the data you put into DITLog: your projects, media records, and equipment lists. We don't claim any ownership over it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle and protect it.

Our property: Audio Creative Design Ltd retains all rights, title, and interest in and to DITLog, including all software, design, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Service. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership over the platform itself.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use DITLog to store or process unlawful content, attempt to breach its security, or interfere with other users' access to the Service.

6. Availability and limitation of liability

We aim to keep DITLog available and reliable, but the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audio Creative Design Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of data, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service is strictly limited to the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or £100 if using a free account).

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will give you at least 30 days' advance notice via email or a notice within the app before the new terms take effect. Continued use of DITLog after the notice period means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
