Terms of Service
Last updated: [date]
1. What DITLOG is
DITLOG ("we", "us", "the Service") is a web application for tracking media, projects, and equipment on film and video productions, operated by [Company Name] ("the Company").
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. New accounts start with a free trial; after it ends, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription. You can cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't automatically issue refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into DITLOG: your projects, media records, and equipment lists. We don't claim any ownership over it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle and protect it.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use DITLOG to store or process unlawful content, attempt to breach its security, or interfere with other users' access to the Service.
6. Availability
We aim to keep DITLOG available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We're not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of DITLOG after a change means you accept the updated terms.
